Lee Seung Youn _ Sharing ESL Teaching Site

Here is my introduction of ESL teaching website, "eslflow.com"

This provides various resources for researching ESL ideas and creating lessions / courses with ESL teachers.  ESL teachers or ESL related off-line / on-line education institutions  can post their lesson materials or ideas under the relevant subject categories, which are to be shared by anyone for free.  Log-in is not necessary.  You can just go in and pick up what you want. 

From my personal experiences I am summarzing my evaluations as follows ;

Good to use 
- Contents are well classified by relevant categories (subjects, student levels, and situations).   
  At first sight, you can get to see which one will meet your needs.  
  ex) grammar, speaking test,  icebreaker, environment, role play, giving directions...

- The lesson subjects covers various themes and you can have wide selections.

- The file names often clearly show what are in the files, which makes your choice easier and
  saves  guessing time. 
  ex) giving opinions about city, being a celevrity / being famous discussion...

- Many of the materials are instantly usable or easily amendable according to the purpose.
  Also you can find some worksheet generators you can build up yourself.
  ex) human anatomy diagram printout,  job interview worksheet..

- Easy to access.  No need to log-in and pay.

- Through re-directions to other linked websites you can visit more ESL related sites.  If for curious teachers who are ready to browse here and there, this site will be recommendable.

What to be considered
-   As usual in most sharing teaching sites, not every material is recommendable. 
    If there showed viewer rating at each file such as star marks, it would be a good reference.

-  In some of redirected websites, you may need to member log-in or pay for getting print-outs.

-  It may make your navigation complicated due to frequent redirections to various websites, which seems to be inevitable as this site works mainly as an information sharing platform.

- The website is not visually attractive comparing with others.  This may not sound a big problem but I think visually well-organised lay-outs or graphics can make users feel reliable and enjoyable.
